Designed by Paola Navone for Baxter's 2020 collection, the PIOMBINO coffee table embodies an industrial aesthetic softened by fluid, rounded lines. Its striking 6 cm forged cement top, built around a polyurethane foam core and reinforced with an internal metal structure, is supported by bronze-painted aluminium feet crafted using traditional sand moulds. The design subtly recalls the shape of air-gun pellets, especially in the rounded foot variation, creating a bold yet harmonious contrast. Perfect for contemporary industrial spaces, PIOMBINO also pairs beautifully with more welcoming, comfortable furnishings such as Baxter’s Milano sofa.
