Braccatus species of the moho genus,was an endemic bird species specific to Kauai Island of the Hawaiian Islands. It was named after the island where it lived. The most distinctive features of the species were its long, fanlike tail, strong beak, andbright yellow feathers on the legs of the males. Unfortunately, they no longer exist in our world as a resultof the destruction of their natural habitats.
