An 8" deep removable polyethylene cutting board spans the full length of the unit, offering a spacious and sanitary work surface for assembling sandwiches and salads. The cutting board can be easily removed for cleaning, supporting proper hygiene practices.

The refrigerated base features a three-section cabinet with three solid stainless steel doors. Each door includes a 12" recessed handle for easy access and magnetic gaskets that create a tight seal to prevent cold air loss.
