The epitome of a grain-to-glass craft distillery, Sutherland Distilling Company produced award-winning, locally sourced spirits from 2013 until its closing in February 2023. This California bourbon represents, in our humble opinion, one of the finest barrels of whiskey they ever produced. Naturally sweet, but curiously dry and spicy, we upped the autumn ante and finished this 100% corn bourbon in a maple bourbon cask. The results speak for themselves.
