Constructed entirely of stainless steel on the exterior and interior, this freezer is engineered to withstand demanding kitchen conditions. The interior features a stainless steel floor with coved corners to eliminate debris buildup and simplify cleaning, ensuring a hygienic storage environment.

This unit maintains temperatures at -10°F with a factory-balanced refrigeration system that utilizes eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. Electronically commutated (EC) fan motors ensure consistent airflow while reducing energy consumption and heat output. A time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost system enhances performance and reliability.

For added efficiency and longevity, the reverse condensing fan motor automatically clears dust from the condenser coil at startup, improving system performance and reducing maintenance needs. The rear-mounted condensing unit slides out for easy service access.

Inside, two heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments, providing flexible storage options. The positive-seal door features a self-closing mechanism and stays open past 90 degrees for convenient loading. A built-in door lock adds security, while 5" locking casters allow for easy mobility and cleaning.
