This dump station is used but has been cleaned and tested. There are some scuffs and scratches from use.

The CZ3A comes with its own castered stand and may be moved or rolled into other locations. The stations feature Marshall's own ThermoGlo heating technology. Heat radiates from every square inch of the upper flat plate heating surface. This provides
for uniform holding temperature and improved moisture retention in the food. The ThermoGlo heating system replaces heat lamps and lamp sockets with a robust unbreakable design that blocks grease vapors from entering the wiring compartment. It is very easy to keep clean. The top section is mounted on a swivel and is easily moved to provide easy access to the pans when dumping food. The top section then self centers over the food with a light touch of the handle. The lower section is also heated and designed to receive (1) full-size, 4” deep steam table pan or (2) half size, 4” deep steam table pans (not included).
